As the Senior Administrative Officer at Lovely Professional University in the Division of Arts & Culture under the Student Welfare Wing, I play a proactive role in cultivating a holistic student perspective. My responsibilities involve planning, executing, and supervising a wide array of cultural and developmental activities that go beyond academics to support emotional, social, ethical, and creative growth among students.

In addition to my administrative responsibilities, I serve as the Chief Editor and Design Lead for university-wide publications, where I guide the visual and editorial direction of communication materials that reflect the voice and spirit of the student community. This role enables me to nurture aesthetic appreciation, critical thinking, and collaborative skills among student contributors.

I am also deeply engaged in mentoring and training students in English communication, specifically for debates, elocution, and quiz competitions at regional and national levels. Through structured workshops and personalized guidance, I help students build confidence, articulation, and analytical reasoning—essential competencies in today’s global landscape.

Collectively, these roles enable me to actively contribute to the holistic development of students, empowering them to emerge as intellectually sharp, emotionally intelligent, culturally aware, and socially responsible individuals.
